At TangkaFine, every handcrafted Thangka artwork and spiritual item is carefully created and inspected before shipment. Due to the handmade and cultural nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to review the following return policy before placing an order.

Handmade Product Notice

Many of our products are handmade using traditional techniques and natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, brushwork, or details are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted art and are not considered defects.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged during shipping
• You received the wrong product
• There is a verified quality issue with the product

Non-Returnable Items

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Customized or personalized products
• Items with minor handmade variations
• Products damaged due to improper use
• Change-of-mind purchases

Return Request Process

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection and confirmation.
